Logan’s ARCH provides heritage consultancy, building recording and digital documentation services across the Isle of Man, with pricing tailored to the specific requirements of each project
Buildings, sites and client needs vary considerably across heritage, conservation, research-led work and digital documentation, and no two projects are directly comparable.
For this reason, we do not operate a fixed price list.
Instead, guidance and bespoke quotations are provided once the scope, context and required outputs of a project are understood, ensuring services remain proportionate, appropriate and aligned with best practice.

Professional services pricing
Logan’s ARCH offers a range of professional services, including:
- Heritage and conservation consultancy
- Architectural and historical research
- Historic building recording and assessment
- Digital documentation and visual records
- Matterport 3D scanning and associated outputs
Pricing is typically influenced by factors such as:
- Size, complexity and significance of the building or site
- Level of documentation, analysis or reporting required
- Access arrangements and site conditions
- Project timescale and deliverables
- Integration with planning, conservation or research material
Once these factors are understood, a clear quotation will be provided setting out the scope of work and associated costs.
Matterport 3D scanning services
Where Matterport 3D scanning is provided as part of a Logan’s ARCH commission, it is priced in line with the overall project scope and intended outputs.
This may include:
- On-site capture
- Processing and model setup
- Digital walkthroughs and visual records
- Supporting documentation or integration with reports
Please get in touch to discuss how Matterport scanning could support your project and to obtain a tailored quotation.
Matterport scanner hire
In addition to providing scanning services directly, Logan’s ARCH offers Matterport 3D scanner hire for suitable projects and experienced operators.
This option is intended for users who:
- Hold an active Matterport subscription
- Are familiar with capture workflows
- Require short-term access to equipment
Indicative hire guidance
- Typical weekly hire (Monday–Friday): from £375
- Shorter or longer hire periods may be available by arrangement
Final pricing will depend on:
- Duration of hire
- Equipment included (e.g. tripod, batteries, accessories)
- Collection or delivery arrangements
- Insurance and responsibility terms
Hire is subject to availability and a simple hire agreement.
Please note: Matterport subscription and hosting fees are payable directly to Matterport and are not included in equipment hire. Logan’s ARCH is happy to advise on suitable subscription options if required.
Responsibility for equipment
During the hire period, the Matterport 3D scanner and any associated equipment remain the responsibility of the hirer.
Equipment must be handled, stored and used with appropriate care and in accordance with any guidance provided. Full terms relating to responsibility, loss or damage are set out in the hire agreement issued at the time of booking.
A considered approach to pricing and hire
Pricing and hire options are offered on a proportionate, project-appropriate basis rather than as a commercial rental service. This ensures that services and equipment are used responsibly and in a manner aligned with best practice.
Availability may therefore be limited, and all enquiries are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Making an enquiry
To discuss pricing, availability or suitability, please get in touch with:
- A brief description of your project
- The service or hire option you are considering
- Any relevant timescales or requirements
Clear guidance and next steps will be provided.
Professional clarity
All pricing, quotations and hire arrangements are provided in accordance with Logan’s ARCH’s professional scope, Use & Limitations, and established heritage and conservation practice.
Services are offered on a proportionate, project-specific basis, with fees reflecting the nature of the building or site, the level of investigation required, and the intended use of the outputs. This ensures clarity for clients while maintaining appropriate professional standards and responsibilities.
